តាមរូបមន្តខាងលើអាចអោយយើងដឹងបានថា ដើម្បីអោយមានកំនើនផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកសរុប លុះត្រាមានការកើនឡើងនៃការប្រើប្រាស់ (Consumption) ឬការវិនិយោគ (Investment) ឬការកើនឡើងនៃចំណាយសាធារណ:របស់រដ្ឋ ឬការកើនឡើងនៃការនាំចេញ ឬការថយចុះនៃ ការនាំចូល ។ ផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកសរុបរបស់ខ្មែរយើងមានប្រហែលជា ១៥ពាន់លានដុល្លារ ដែល ក្នុងនោះចំណាយសាធារណ:របស់រដ្ឋខ្មែរមានប្រហែលជា ៣ពាន់លានដុល្លារ ។ បើយើងគិតជា ភាគរយនៃចំណាយសាធារណ:ធៀបនឹងផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកសរុបគឺយើងឃើញថា ចំណាយ សាធារណ:មានរហូតដល់ទៅ ២០% នៃផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកសរុប ។

CNRP calls for overseas polls
The opposition has called on the ruling Cambodian People’s Party to agree to create new overseas polling stations ahead of the next election to allow more expatriate Cambodians to vote.
Kuoy Bunroeun, a Cambodia National Rescue Party candidate for a place on a reformed National Election Committee (NEC), said yesterday that more polling stations should be created in Thailand, South Korea and Malaysia to serve the needs of the many thousands of Cambodians working abroad.
“There are people and officials working abroad. It’s our principle that we want all Khmer people to have the right to vote,” he said. “As election organisers, we must be open [for voters].”
He added that it was common practice for democratic countries to offer voting procedures for expatriates and urged the CPP to agree to the proposal.

លោក ប៊ិន ឈិន ថ្លែងបន្តថា៖ «ថ្ងៃនេះយើងបានដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជាច្រើន ជជែកអំពីការដកសមាជិក គ.ជ.ប។ បញ្ហាដក យើងទុកឲ្យសភាធ្វើ ហើយនីតិវិធីដទៃទៀត យើងបានសម្របសម្រួលគ្នារួចហើយ។ ការដកប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន គ.ជ.ប ដែលមិនធ្វើទៅតាមច្បាប់គឺថា សភាអាចបណ្តេញចេញពីព្រោះគាត់ត្រូវតែទទួលខុសត្រូវនៅចំពោះមុខសភាព្រោះគាត់ត្រូវបានតែងតាំងដោយសភា»។
លោកបន្តថា សមាជិក គ.ជ.ប នឹងត្រូវដកចេញពីតំណែងដោយសភាដោយសំឡេងដាច់ខាត ឬ ៥០ បូក ១ នៃសភា។

Japan to help with elections
A Japanese government team dispatched to help Cambodia with election reforms is waiting for the ruling and opposition parties to agree on their own ideas, including a new National Election Committee law, before stepping in.
The experts met with both parties yesterday to present the findings of a survey they conducted in May and to discuss possible areas of cooperation, Japanese Ambassador Kumamaru Yuji said.
Kumamaru said that once the parties pass the new NEC law and agree upon changes to the election law, Japan can offer assistance in improving election procedures, capacity-building and voter registration.
“We will probably be sending our team when and where the need arises,” Kumamaru said. “We are still at the rather preliminary stage of our working cooperation with the Cambodian side. But we are willing to lend assistance for the benefit of making sure the next election [will] go very smooth and the election will be a success.”
